Remove an Old Profile

Many connection problems are caused by old or incorrectly saved profiles.

System Remove profile path
Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks > eduroam > Forget
macOS System Settings > Wi-Fi > Known Networks > eduroam > Forget
iPhone/iPad Settings > Wi-Fi > eduroam > Forget This Network and, if needed, remove the old profile from VPN & Device Management
Android Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Saved networks > eduroam > Forget
Linux Delete the saved eduroam connection from your network manager

After removing the old profile, restart the device and run the CAT/geteduroam setup again.
