Remove an Old Profile
Many connection problems are caused by old or incorrectly saved profiles.

| macOS | System Settings > Wi-Fi > Known Networks > eduroam > Forget |
| iPhone/iPad | Settings > Wi-Fi > eduroam > Forget This Network and, if needed, remove the old profile from VPN & Device Management |
| Android | Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Saved networks > eduroam > Forget |
| Linux | Delete the saved eduroam connection from your network manager |
After removing the old profile, restart the device and run the CAT/geteduroam setup again.
